Reporting to the MP UK Sales Manager, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to inspect, service, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, a solid understanding of diving systems, and a commitment to industry safety standards.
• Provide after-sales support/care for our UK MP & UK dive clients/products.
• Investigate product warranty claims and repairs.
• Respond promptly to issues raised by clients and eliminate any shortcomings to ensure a positive outcome.
• Monitor all delivery timeframes, ensuring any delays are highlighted and communicated to the customer with an accurate outcome.
• Participate in 6s activity to maintain standards set and to introduce ongoing improvements.
• Ensure the full returns process is executed, including service order input, dispatch, invoicing, and delivery on time and in full.
• Ensure all return documents are completed in full, closed out, and filed correctly.

Job responsibilities:
A proficient user of MS Office Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of scuba systems, materials, and pressure systems Attention to detail with a strong safety mindset Proactive, energetic, resilient, and flexible. The ability to work independently and as part of a team Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to identify product issues and their subsequent impact on Quality & Production Schedule. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy. Open Water Scuba certification.
